My Alexander Technique practice has moved from being face to face to online in the light of the Covid 19 virus.
At times like this, AT sessions can provide a range of benefits, even remotely. It’s an opportunity to take time for self-practice and awareness.
It is quite useful for me to see people in their home environment and to help them set themselves up for some lying down (semi-supine) practice.
I’ve worked with some of my current clients in the past week (a big thank you to them) and have had good feedback about helping with anxiety as well as looking at some practical exercises.
