There are very few group classes for the Alexander Technique available, so I am delighted to host this weekly, term-time class that gives people a new opportunity to explore its benefits.

How the Group Classes work

  • When?

Wednesdays, 11am-12pm, during term time

  • Your Investment

£12 per class

  • How do I book?

As the classes are small, I would advise you to book in advance to avoid disappointment, or you are welcome to drop in and see if there’s a space free.

  • What do I need to wear and bring?

Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and a yoga block, or a handful of paperback books, to rest your head on.

  • What do the classes involve?

In this friendly class that’s suitable for all levels we explore gentle movements, discover how to change unhelpful habits and enjoy a deep relaxation. Each week we will explore a different theme.

I include a mixture of mindful relaxation and gentle exercises and games using Alexander Technique principles.
