How the Group Classes work

  • When and Where?

Times and locations will vary and will be published here on an ongoing basis:

Monday 28 April: 12.30 - 1.15pm. Outside the Pavilion Cafe, OR Tambo Recreation Ground, Alexandra Palace, N22 7XL. (nearest tube Bounds Green, Piccadilly Line) 

  • Your Investment

£10 per class

  • How do I book?

As the classes are small, I would advise you to book in advance to avoid disappointment, or you are welcome to drop in and see if there’s a space free.

  • What do I need to wear and bring?

Wear normal clothes that are comfortable to walk in, appropriate to the day's weather. If you have a bag, you will be carrying it with you.
